In order to maintain our specialism and core values, we feel it is inappropriate to have more than ten advisers. We aim for our advisers to be complimented by a similar number of support staff.

We are always interested in hearing from like minded IFAs however our recruitment criteria is stringent. We would rather not grow and turn away new clients than compromise our standards of which we are genuinely proud. Advisers wishing to work for Advoco will already have experience of dealing with members of the Bar.

They will have a strong academic background including a degree from a recognised university, preferably a 2:1 or above. They must be AFPC qualified as a minimum and progression to chartered status is encouraged
