Client driven, not process focused
This section broadly outlines the process we adopt when advising clients. However we appreciate that an individual’s circumstances are unique and as such our process is tailored to meet one’s requirements. Our focus is building long term relationships. Advice given is strategic and ensures that we take full account of the impact that a particular action has on your overall planning Our process starts with an initial meeting, which is free. Your current situation and objectives will be discussed as well as our Fee Schedule and Client Service Agreement. At the end of this meeting you will be in a position to decide as to whether to proceed to the next stage. During the course of the second meeting, or following, a period of research we will have gathered sufficient information to have fully analysed your current situation and provide generic recommendations. These will be presented to you before specific recommendations are made. Should you decide to proceed with our recommendations we will ask you to sign our Fee Agreement and Terms of Business Letter. Following the completion of the initial advice process we will discuss our ongoing service and the management of your affairs. |
